My personal preference is seeded watermelon of any variety. Switch it up by serving it as a juice, in a salad or a smoothie.

Honey melon and cantaloupes are forms of melon with only 50 calories per cup and 90% water content. It is rich in vitamin A and potassium. It is a great fruit to curb dehydration. They are the perfect size to cut in half and eat your way to the rind.
- Cucumbers
This is another fruit that is super-duper high in water content. They are also rich in fiber and flushes out toxins. Cucumbers are best served in a salad but you can always try a cucumber juice with a fresh squeeze of lime or lemon for an additional boost of electrolytes.
